It is a historical monument, built in 1272, bordering the state of Saxony and the Elbe River, just 2 hours from Berlin and 1 hour from Leipzig.

Major renovation work is being carried out to ensure that this historic and magical site has the following facilities: networking spaces, mini-lofts, ateliers and studios, art gallery, chapel, food to table, wine cellar, tavern, organic gardens, among others.

The restoration of this historic monument is aimed at the realization of art residencies, courses and conferences, workshops and exhibitions, concerts, holistic workshops and alternative therapies, gardening workshops and conventions.
