Since 2003, we have been dedicated to developing existing and unused buildings in central locations in Mexico City, places where there is already urban infrastructure as well as a demand for residential or commercial use. We have recovered, giving new life and value to more than 15 buildings in Coyoacán, Col. Roma, Tlalpan and Nápoles. This recovery process begins from the first moment of possession of the property, through an intervention and the opening of an art gallery. During this process, parts of the building are used for exhibitions, conferences or cultural activities.
